Toy Hacking! Remote-controlled cars 2.0

Together with young people from the Toulouse Local Mission, we’ve breathed new life into old remote-controlled cars that were no longer being used. We started with an introduction to electronics and programming, then learnt how to run motors using a Wemos microcontroller. Finally, the young people fitted the electronic circuitry inside the vehicles and were able to programme them to move around autonomously... or almost...
